Welcome to Three Little Sandpipers — your family's home base on Virginia's Eastern Shore. Tucked inside the gates of Bay Creek, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the largest in The Fairways and was thoughtfully designed for the way families actually vacation: room to spread out, a kitchen ready for big breakfasts, and easy access to everything that makes Cape Charles special.
You'll have full private access to the entire condo and the attached 2-car garage. As our guest, you also have access to all the resident amenities Bay Creek offers (in-season):
Two Pool Options: (1) The Fairways HOA Pool — steps from the front door (2) Bay Creek HOA Pool - a quick golf cart ride or walk. Both open seasonally.
Bay Creek Private Residents' Beach — a quiet, semi-private stretch of Chesapeake Bay shoreline reserved for Bay Creek residents and their guests. Perfect for families who want a calmer beach day than the busier town beach.
